Terms of service
These draft terms describe how the restored Campaign Kit Studio offer ladder, recurring support, print coordination and bespoke commissions are requested, quoted, paid and supplied.
1. Who we are
Campaign Kit Studio provides coordinated design artwork for print and digital campaigns. The trader is Campaign Kit Studio, operated by INSERT LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS ENTITY, at INSERT POSTAL BUSINESS ADDRESS. Contact: campaignkitstudio@outlook.com.
2. Services and package scope
The website displays the current scope for each service:
- Founding Client Campaign Kit — £99: a fixed-price campaign package including poster, flyer and banner artwork, three social graphics and one promotional message.
- Brand File Setup — £149 one-off: approved logo versions, approved colours and fonts, contact details and organised reusable files.
- Core Campaign Kit — £175 average per campaign: one selected campaign family adapted across the print and digital formats agreed in the final quotation.
- Campaign Club — £59/month, minimum three months: a quarterly campaign kit plus limited scheduled updates within a defined written cap.
- Print Coordination — from £25 or quoted: print specification, supplier liaison, proof checks and delivery coordination. Printer charges, postage and supplier costs remain separate.
- Bespoke Campaign Suite: original design deliverables defined in the written quotation accepted by the customer.
Unless expressly quoted, the service is for design artwork only. Paid advertising, domain services, brand redesign, logo creation, daily social management and unlimited content changes are not included.
3. Briefs and customer material
You must provide an accurate brief, final wording, dates, prices, contact information and suitable source material. You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, photograph, illustration, font and item of text you supply. Delays or changes to supplied information may alter the completion date or require a further quotation.
4. Payments and prices
The Founding Client Campaign Kit and Brand File Setup proceed to fixed-price Stripe Checkout after the completed form is submitted. Core Campaign Kit, Print Coordination and Bespoke Campaign Suite are paid against an accepted quotation. Campaign Club billing begins only after separate written scope, minimum-term and billing arrangements have been agreed.
Work begins only after the required payment, usable brief and approved assets have been received. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. STATE WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE VAT AND ADD VAT NUMBER IF REGISTERED.
5. Proofs and amendments
One campaign family is used per template-led job. The standard controlled scope includes one named approver, one proof round and one consolidated amendment list. That round covers factual corrections, short wording changes and one supplied image change. A changed style after first proof, new concepts, replacement copy after layout, additional formats or further amendments may require a new quotation.
No final production should take place until the customer has checked and approved names, dates, prices, contact details, spelling and all other content.
6. Approval and final files
Approval submitted through the project workspace is treated as authority to finalise the design. Final files are supplied in the formats specified in the package or quotation. Editable source files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
7. Design rights and portfolio use
Once all sums are paid, the customer may use the final approved artwork for the agreed campaign. Campaign Kit Studio retains ownership of unused concepts, working files, methods, template systems and pre-existing design elements. CHOOSE WHETHER YOU REQUIRE CUSTOMER CONSENT BEFORE DISPLAYING COMPLETED WORK IN YOUR PORTFOLIO.
8. Stock imagery, fonts and third-party assets
Any licensed stock imagery or third-party asset is subject to its own licence. Campaign Kit Studio will explain material restrictions known at the time of supply. The customer must not extract, resell or reuse a licensed asset outside the approved artwork unless the relevant licence allows it.
9. Timings
Any requested date is subject to confirmation. Estimated times begin when payment, a complete brief and usable assets have been received. Campaign Kit Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, third-party suppliers or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Cancellations, refunds and problems
The cancellation arrangements on the cancellation information page form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please report any service problem promptly through the project workspace or by email so it can be investigated.
11. Liability
Campaign Kit Studio is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer-supplied content, unauthorised material, changes made after approval, or use of files for a purpose or process not agreed. OBTAIN ADVICE ON AN APPROPRIATE LIABILITY CAP AND ANY BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS LIMITATIONS.
12. Governing law
INSERT THE GOVERNING LAW AND COURT JURISDICTION APPROPRIATE TO YOUR BUSINESS AND CUSTOMERS.
