Cancellation information

This draft explains the intended cancellation route across the restored offer ladder, quoted work and recurring support.

1. Fixed-price and reviewed services

The Founding Client Campaign Kit and Brand File Setup are personalised one-off services paid through Stripe Checkout after the completed form is submitted.

2. Quoted and recurring services

Core Campaign Kit, Print Coordination and Bespoke Campaign Suite requests are reviewed before a quotation and payment link are issued. Campaign Club is not charged at initial submission; the recurring scope, minimum commitment and billing arrangements must be agreed separately before billing begins.

3. Requesting cancellation

Send a cancellation request promptly to campaignkitstudio@outlook.com and quote the order number. The date and stage of work will be reviewed. Do not rely solely on a payment dispute or unanswered message in place of a clear cancellation request.

4. Work requested during a cancellation period

The checkout must explain whether the customer is asking Campaign Kit Studio to start personalised work before any statutory cancellation period has ended, and what payment may be due for work already supplied. 5. Refund assessment

Any refund depends on applicable law and the work already performed. Where cancellation rights apply, deductions may be possible only in the circumstances allowed by law. Campaign Kit Studio will explain the calculation and any work completed. Card refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable.

6. Completed and approved work

Once final personalised files have been approved and supplied, cancellation or refund rights may be restricted subject to applicable law. A correction will still be considered where the delivered files do not match the agreed specification.

7. Customer changes rather than cancellation

A request to change the brief, campaign concept, copy or formats may be treated as additional work rather than cancellation. Campaign Kit Studio will confirm any extra charge before carrying out work outside the included package or quotation.
